Requirements/Responsibilities

Requirements:
Must meet minimum shift requirements
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in all back-of-house stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
Prepare both hot and cold individual and catering menu items.
Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment at all times.
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.
Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to menu items or procedures.
Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
