WestRock in Knoxville is looking for experienced Stagers to work in our Printing Dept.

We are expanding, growing, and need dependable team players who are mechanically inclined. We will train you on our process in our Printing department. The roles are a line of progression so you will start as the first stage (Pre-Stage) of the department, and as openings above that become available, the most senior in the role below moves up (put your back on night shift), each promotion up also comes with a pay increase.

This is rare that we hire directly into this role, but we plan to grow in machines, sales, and people by next year and are preparing ahead of time for it!

WestRock in Knoxville is a manufacturing plant of Food and Beverage packaging. In our facility, we make the boxes that go in your pantry and fridge/freezer!

The role of Pre-Stage starts from $21.23 with an increase at 6 months. We are currently hiring for night shift (but you may train on days shift). Night shift is from 7P-7A and you receive $.50 more per night shift.
