The DSO and Student Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Med operating unit complies with applicable regulatory requirements as instituted by the government through ACCET and SEVIS. This person will ultimately be responsible for all post-enrollment/pre-arrival student communication, assisting in balance collection efforts, processing new I20s, remote I20/F1 visa assistance, Experience Manager/DSO guidance, and ongoing check-ins. They are also responsible for counseling and servicing students both in-person and over the phone. They support the service operations in the center by assisting with accounting, materials inventory, and DSO (Designated School Official) responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintaining SEVIS records
  • Assisting students with the visa process and compliance
  • Tracking attendance for visa compliance/administering warnings for noncompliance
  • Customer service

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Compliance or related field
  • 1+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • DSO experience and knowledge
  • DSO Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
