Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in a sales, channel sales, or channel manager role
  • Experience with partner ecosystems including: Mid-Tier Service Integrators, Global Service Integrators, and Cloud Managed Service Providers
  • Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service markets

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree
  • Experience with the cloud computing market and partner landscape
  • Understanding of foundational cloud technologies and priority customer/industry solution areas (e.g., app/infra modernization, data and analytics, security, and collaboration)
  • Ability to deliver Go-To-Market strategies and measurable results
  • Excellent partner/channel pipeline development and management skills

As a Regional Partner Development Manager, you are aligned to regional sales teams and responsible for scaling the business through Google Cloud’s Service and Sell partner ecosystem. You will work closely with partners, customers, account teams, and a diverse set of cross-functional internal teams to drive the adoption of Google Cloud’s solutions. Your primary focus will be to act as a business partner to the regional sales and business leaders, build trust, and create and execute a joint Go-To-Market territory and account strategy. You will be accountable for developing and managing executive relationships with existing and new partners, aligning partners to business objectives, and driving measurable business impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly buisness and customer acquisition goals by leveraging Google Cloud’s reseller/MSP/SI/GSI/ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Establish and align partner solution plays to the territory and customer business priorities.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a critical part of Google Cloud’s partner ecosystems within the overall region that is covered.
  • Help drive positive outcomes for partner issues and inquiries, business or technical, with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution.
  • Influence across Solution, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to align resources and direction for Go-To-Market strategy and partner initiatives.
