If you are a Public Adjuster who understands the Insurance Appraisal process and legal matters pertaining to the Assignment of Benefits, we are expanding and looking to add your talent to our company. Navigating a demanding insurance claim is a skill, especially when there is a low-paid or denied claim.

There are two (2) Public Adjuster positions available and one (1) PA Assistant position available right now in support of the passionate work that we are engaged in. We are always learning and growing, have fun and we go the extra mile to succeed together.

Some Responsibilities for the Public Adjuster(s) position at Howard Layne & Associates include:

• Passion to help Property Owners in a challenging situation to restore their property back to its original condition through the Contractor and Insurance claim process.
• Willing to treat all claims with the same passion whether it be small or large claims!
• Xactimate: Assess the damage, the scope of repairs, and estimate the replacement value and missing line items, etc.
• Provide Excellent communication to all mutually interested parties.
• Interact with Contractors, Attorneys, Appraisers, Adjusters, etc. & provide responsive communications
• Detailed note taking, posting payments, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing internal processes.
• Gather documentation & data together for Appraisal, Litigation, and Attorney review
• Maintain and grow professional relationships with all mutually interested parties.
• Update Claims CRM and type with minimal errors.
• Experience working in a team environment
• This is remote Office work at hourly pay plus commission/bonus pay

PA Assistant:

• Support all the above.
• PA Assistant position is an Hourly position
• Detailed, excellent follow through and task oriented.
• Good customer service skills, compassionate, and understands the big picture
• Types with minimal errors
• Experienced working with a team to accomplish the goal and meet deadlines
• Provide incredible communication to all mutually interested parties and great follow through on your project tasks until completion.
• Organized
• Go the extra mile

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $34,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Flexible schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
