Job description
- Follows company policies and procedures in procurement and communicates with internal stakeholders.
- Provides general administrative support to all supply chain staff.
- Tracks and follows up on individual, department, and division action items and tasks.
- Updates department forms and ensures availability.
- Assists with data tracking and preparation.
- Enters purchase orders into our enterprise resource planning software with input from peers.
- Maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders, and other related documentation.
- Prepares standard requests for quotations in coordination with buyers.
- May assist buyers in contacting vendors for expediting, pricing, and delivery dates.
- High School Diploma/GED required with 0 to 3 years prior related experience. 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree preferred + 0-2 years prior related experience, as mentioned above, preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
