JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a PRINT PRODUCTION OPERATOR in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Our client is a signage manufacturer. The PRINT PRODUCTION OPERATOR is responsible for reviewing quantity and specifics of orders, calibrating controls, arranging media, and operating machines.

Responsibilities of a PRINT PRODUCTION OPERATOR includes:

• Responsible for ensuring all files submitted for printing are of the best possible quality.
• Checking resolution, bleeds, sizing, etc.
• Work in a quality conscious manner throughout the production process.
• Knowledge of materials and appropriate applications.
• Maintain basic service of equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Requirements of a PRINT PRODUCTION OPERATOR:

• Contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving with production, installation and sales teams.
• Operate or quickly learn to operate various printing machines and related software.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating machinery.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
