Job Summary


Department Specific Responsibilities

  • Serves as registration assistants during Summer 2023 New Student Orientation (NSO)
  • Assists incoming Hutton Honors College (HHC) freshmen with NSO course registration during Summer 2023
  • Answers student questions
  • Helps secure course permissions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


EDUCATION

Required

  • Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University
  • Rising junior, senior, or graduate student status

SKILLS

Required

  • Familiarity with the iGPS course search system for both online and in-person classes
  • Proficient in the use of computers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a broad range of IU coursework and activities
  • Familiarity with the use of IU Degree Maps, the Shopping Cart and the Schedule Builder
