Job description
The position is as office manager for a Behavioral Center. I’m looking for someone who is self motivated and driven to deliver the best support possible to our Contractors as well as our Clients.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Client outreach: communicating with clients and the clients' caregivers, verifying insurance coverage, and connecting clients to proper resources to attain approval by insurance.
Contractor outreach: interviewing and hiring therapists, coordinating with therapy team members to ensure treatment plan is being carried out in accordance to therapy standards all the while their needs are being met, and performing to their highest potential.
Administrative tasks: filing, organizing, and maintaining client and employee records, weekly billing, some payroll duties, answering phones, faxes, and managing office supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
