Administration Position

Salary- $30,420
Hours: 8 am- 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

We are looking for an Administrative Powerhouse! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self starter who can work in a team-based environment with strong verbal communication skills and strong computer skills relating to spreadsheets, calendars, and cloud-based storage.

We have multiple office positions open at this time and we'll work with you to put you where you'd fit best. Sustainable Energy Systems is a fast growing company where talented people are recognized and have room to advance their careers in renewable energy.

Job duties may include:

• Scheduling appointments
• Submitting online paperwork
• Answering emails
• Drafting Survey Forms
• Organizing PDFs
• Some Computer Aided Design work (will train)

Company utilized software includes:
G Suite, Google Sheets or Excel, Google Drive, Google Doc, SalesForce, other online platforms

Bilingual is a plus!
