The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists physicians, and provides healthcare services to residents/Patients in our Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Hospital.

The LPN Nurse Monitors and charts patients, collects samples, and performs other tasks as assigned, all under the direction of registered nurses and doctors.

Base pay range depending on experience is $38-$39 per hour shift differentials vary depending on shift worked.

Pool Shifts available:

• 2:45pm-11:15pm
• 6:45pm-11:15pm
• 6:45pm-7:15am
• 6:45am-7:15pm

Examples of Shift Differentials:

Night Shift/6:45pm-7:15am 6$ Diff M-F $9 Diff Weekends

Evening Shift/6:45pm-11:15pm 3$ Diff M-F $6 Diff Weekends

Day Shift/6:45am-7:15pm 3$ Diff on weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• LPN will oversee the implementation of resident/patient schedules
• Prepares Paper work to complete patient intake, and discharge
• Cleans, disinfects, sterilizes and checks to make sure all instruments and equipment are in proper working order
• Maintains medication storage closets
• The LPN will administer medication to residence receiving care
• LPN will oversee the implementation of resident/patient schedules

EDUCATION:

• High school Diploma
• 2 Years Hospital Experience desired in a LPN Role
• Active PA LPN License
• Psych and addiction experience preferred
