New Hope Support Services, LLC provides Community-based mental health services for individuals in Piedmont, Southwestern, Southwest and Central Virginia. NHSS licensed staff are valued for their ability to provide effective, evidence-based, therapeutic interventions for individuals with severe mental illness diagnoses and possible co-occurring substance abuse, with the focus on assisting individuals in their recovery plans.

NHSS is currently hiring Part-time Licensed Mental Health Professionals and LMHP-Supervisees and Residents to provide assessments AND counseling services for adult individuals, who live in Harrisonburg, Rockingham Countyand surrounding counties including Augusta and Warren County areas. LMHP services are office-based, with option for telehealth flexibilities.

Responsibilities include providing conducting intake assessments and completing associated clinical documentation within compliance of service & regulation requirements.

LMHPs must have a current and clear professional license with the State of VA such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clincal Social Worker (LCSW), CSAC Supervisee or Supervisee in Clincial Social Work. Applicants should have demonstrated effectiveness providing clinical services. LMHPs must be able to work within deadlines and maintain professional and clinical confidentiality. Must have excellent interpersonal/written/verbal communication skills. Use of an Electronic Health Record system is required.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
