Job Description:

Homeside Rehab is hiring for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. Our main office is located in Brooklyn, NY. We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to oversee the aspects of our company's recruitment operations and to help set strategic goals while helping to lead Homeside Rehab to successful hiring's.

Homeside Rehab is a home healthcare company that provides excellent Physical, Occupational, and Speech/Swallowing Therapies for patients in their homes. We also assist in the coordination of care to ensure that homebound patients remain safe and that all of their medical needs are managed efficiently.

Healthcare Recruiter Requirements:

• Minimum one (1) years of supervisory and leadership experience required.

• Minimum two (2) years experience of healthcare sourcing required.

• Prior Healthcare and Home Care experience, preferred

• Experience with Google Suite/Microsoft Suite

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

• Creative, strategic and always striving to improve.

• Strong relationship builder and proactively engages with our executive team regarding our recruitment practices.

• Prepare offers, create strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages, and ultimately sign top candidates.

• Able to work efficiently and effectively as an individual as well as collaboratively

• Ability to be flexible and prioritize efficiently.

• Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed professionally and financially.
