JOB SUMMARY
Our Guest Service Supervisor serves as a main point of contact for all guest requests. This person is responsible for greeting and assisting our guests, motivating, training, and retaining associates and ensures excellent guest satisfaction and brand standards are being met. If you have the heart to serve and a contagious smile, we want you!

- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions
- Strong skills in oral and written communication and computer knowledge
- Cash handling skills
- Ensures excellent guest satisfaction and brand standards are being met.
