Entry Level Account Representative
Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Entry Level Account Representative to join our team. This position will be based in one of our retail accounts, where you will be responsible for sales, account management, and customer service. As an Entry Level Account Representative, you will engage with customers face-to-face, providing expert assistance with technology products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales, and maintain long-term relationships with our retail partners.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service: Greet customers, provide product information, and offer personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of various technology products to generate interest and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Offer exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Account Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with retail accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with retail account managers to develop strategies for increasing sales and maximizing account growth.
- Regularly visit assigned retail accounts to provide product updates, training, and promotional support.
- Monitor sales performance, track customer trends, and provide feedback to optimize account strategies.
Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up to date with the latest technology products and services offered by the company.
- Develop a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of the products in order to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in training retail staff on new products, promotions, and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or account management is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge and interest in technology products and services.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail account.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
