We are currently looking for two full-time and one part-time staff for our houses in Tunkhannock, Clarks Summit, and West Pittston. The shifts and locations are as follows:

West Pittston: Second shift (3-11pm) Friday through Monday (32 Hours per week)

Tunkhannock: Second shift (3-11pm) Friday and Saturday, First Shift (7-3pm) Sunday and Monday (32 hours per week)

Clarks Summit: Friday and Saturday 3pm to 7pm (8 hours per week)

Eihab Human Services is currently seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide support to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Dual Diagnosis, and/or Autism with the ultimate goal of gaining independence in their everyday lives. Our DSPs work directly with individuals in both their homes and in the community to assist each individual with attaining their personal goals for independence. DSP’s assist individuals with daily living skills such as hygiene, money management, communication, social skills, and safety in the home and community. Our homes are currently located throughout North East PA and Lehigh Valley.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Our residential Direct Support Professionals work in our licensed community homes supporting up to two individuals with IDD, Autism, and/or a Dual Diagnosis. DSPs assist each individual with meal prep, scheduling and attending appointments, transportation, community activities, personal care and medication administration as outlined in each individuals’ ISP. DSPs are also required to complete daily documentation, participate in team meeting s to ensure each individual is receiving the best possible care, and have open communication with all team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid PA Driver’s License

Clear Criminal Background Check/Drug Screen

Physical and TB
