Family operated business is looking for a full-time dispatcher to join our wonderful team! If you have prior service company dispatching experience, we would love to talk to you about your career goals!

Prior Service Company Dispatching Experience is Required!

Dispatcher essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Inputting service calls into Dispatching ERP Software, Acumatica

· Prioritizing and routing service calls to appropriate service technicians being knowledgeable of service coverage area, service technician skills and ability, and scope of service needed.

· Excellent knowledge of Chicagoland geographical area, expressways and roads

· Working with technicians to ensure they have the right parts

· Updating customers / clients on technician arrival times

· Monitoring service calls to ensure company is meeting contractual obligation with customers

· Daily monitoring of customer portals for calls not closed out

· Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment

· Additional job duties as assigned

Dispatcher Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· Job requires typing of at least 50 wpm and

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to stay positive and work with customers who may at times be demanding

· Ability to take charge of communications within company assigned territories

· Demonstrated organizational skills

· Ability to multi – task

· Level headed, good sense of humor, positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $23.50 per hour
