Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Front Office Team as a full-time Front Office Agent at Destination Residences Ka’anapali Ali’i located in Lahaina, Hawaii. The Director of Owner Experience will develop, lead, and execute our homeowner acquisition strategy. The Director of Owner Experience collaborates with other company leaders, to identify, solicit and recruit non-participating owners at Kaanapali Alii to join our rental program. He/she is responsible for securing new rental contracts by creating and cultivating relationships with realtors and other referral sources, soliciting potential homeowners directly and by working with the property managers to create a proactive process to grow our rental programs. Success will be achieved by actively fostering long term relationships with homeowners, realtors, property managers and Destination Residences Hawaii through trust and execution.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience and proficiency in sales and marketing, vendor/owner acquisitions, business development, market research, appointment setting, performing presentations, and ultimately successfully onboarding new homeowners and residences to the Kaanapali Alii rental program.

Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- Prior experience with condominium or real estate projects involving direct responsibility for homeowners or homeowners’ associations relations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Requires excellent time and project management skills, as well as high quality written and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates leadership, organization and management skills.
- Requires strong written and oral communication skills in order to communicate effectively with homeowners, guests, vendors and colleagues
