Position Summary:
Marquette Drivers are responsible for safely transporting crew members between our offices in Paducah, Kentucky, and crew members’ assigned vessel, which could be as far north as St. Paul, Minnesota and as far south as New Orleans. Crew trips can be 10+ hours depending on vessel location.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Safely drive crew members from the office to assigned vessels.
• Pick up crew members from vessels and drive safely back to office.
• Assist with loading and transporting groceries and supplies for vessels.
• Conduct/lead pre-departure safety brief.
• Assist with other driving and delivery needs.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check and meet requirements of Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations (391.15).
• Must pass Department of Transportation drug test.
• Ability to follow navigation assistance and safely maximize efficiency of trips.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance.
• Can work with little supervision.
