Your responsibilities:

• As a Country Manager (m/f/d) Spain you are based either in Barcelona or in Madrid and will take over full responsibility to drive the development of our business on the Spanish market
• You act with an entrepreneurial mindset and take over full P/L responsibility for this market
• You are reporting directly to our CEO and act in full alignment with our HQ in Vienna
• You are growing and developing a team on the ground to further push our market growth
• You are planning and executing the perfect regional marketing/sales mix in close collaboration with our headquarter teams
• You push ahead with the operational and strategic implementation of the multitude of ideas and innovations

Your strengths and qualifications:

• You have a proven track record working for a well-known B2C consumer brand or in consulting and can provide excellent references
• You have graduated from university/business school with a focus on business and/or marketing and were among the best in your year
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and you are highly driven to reach the best possible results
• Next to your feeling for trends, design and branding you impress with your extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have a talent for organization and structure, are quick to grasp and like to take decisions
• You are able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
