Job Description:

Aloha Sunrise Cafe is seeking experienced chefs to join our team. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and experience with Asian cuisine and/or wok cooking.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu specifications and customer requests.

• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.

• Monitor food stock levels and replenish as necessary.

• Assist in the development of new menu items.

• Train and mentor other kitchen staff as needed.

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience working in a kitchen environment.

• Knowledge of Asian cuisine and/or wok cooking is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
