The Invasive Cardiology Clinical Marketing Leader requires a clinically focused and highly experienced individual in the Electrophysiology space. This position requires approximately 80% travel to customer sites, tradeshow/symposia as required. The majority of the required travel is based in the United States but some global travel may be required.This position leads, coordinates and/or manages execution of marketing plans, works closely with our key opinion leaders and identifies ways to attract additional thought leaders in the space, identifies and executes opportunities for growth and share gain, and contributes to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. Optimizes commercial execution though development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics related to multi-product and services solutions addressing the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology care areas.
Development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition, for assigned products/offers/services; Involves participation in the evaluation of market research, market positioning, promotions associated with assigned scope.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others product lines, markets, sales processes, customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute strategy.
Has knowledge of best practices and aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Maintain customer relationships through proactive touches and communicate all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to internal stakeholders. Suggest quality improvements of the product or overall offerings.
Aggressively manage travel & lodging (T&L) budget through optimization of travel strategies and cost savings maximizing value of expenditures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in the Electrophysiology space).
Willingness to travel extensively 80+% (4+ days per week including overnights / some weekends) primarily within US but may have global reach via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train etc.)
Desired Characteristics:
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
3 years experience with GE Invasive equipment: Mac-Lab and CardioLab.

The salary range for this position is $96,000-$144,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave.
