Our Bar Team Members will provide our guest with Urth Caffes own brand of premium, fresh roasted whole bean organic coffee created and hand designed to the Companys expectations. The fast moving environment of the cafe will require our bar team members to be flexible and efficient.

Successfully pass a medical background
Successfully pass a Drug & Physical Screening
Physical Demands
Regularly required to stand, walk, squat and bend.
Regularly required to lift no more than 25 pounds unassisted
Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.
