Reputable and established firm in West Palm seeking a Workers' Compensation attorney with 0-5 years’ experience. Looking for an energetic and motivated individual wanting to grow within the firm!

Experience in Workers' Compensation and the ability to handle a caseload are preferred. Admission to the Florida Bar, as well as excellent academic credentials are required.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a managing shareholder who will mentor in all aspects of litigating a Workers' Compensation case from inception to trial.

Roles and Responsibilites, including but not limited to:

• Appearances before the Florida Division of Workers' Compensation.
• Evaluating the merits of a Workers' Compensation case, including taking depositions, providing guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating and settling cases.
• A firm understanding of the Florida Workers' Compensation law.
• The ability to handle a large caseload with effective leadership skills.
