Yorktown Tire Auto Care is a third generation small business Yorktown Heights, NY. We've been helping the greater Yorktown community with their automobile issues for more than 54 years and counting!

We are looking for an intelligent, efficient and reliable individual to join us as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, making appointments, communicating with vendors and customers, handling billing and monitoring incoming mail. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with a passion for supporting small business.

Responsibilities:

• Greet people in person and via phone.
• Answer/transfer incoming calls.
• Answer routine emails.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Handle accounts payable/accounts receivable.
• Other daily administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
