Details:

• Temporary 2-3 week assignment
• Pay rate $35.77
• M- F 8am-4:30pm **Overtime as needed

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Supervisor? You’ll be:

• Directs staff from three(3) to nine(9) Material Handlers - MHE and assigned functions
• Manages staff time, attendance, and schedules for project
• Supports the monitoring and reporting of assigned functions’ , assisting with implementing root cause analysis to consistently work towards improving customer quality and operational efficiency.
• Provides proactive performance feedback to staff within assigned functions, assisting staff, providing coaching and corrective action where needed.
• Oversees assigned functions’ training, ensuring staffing receives appropriate instruction for their assigned function.
• Works with leadership to execute project to meet customer expectations.
