About the Role:

The Transportation Coordinator role at the Cambridge location provides support to the Warehouse team by ensuring timely inbound/outbound scheduling to meet our flexible production schedule using accurate system processing practices, documentation methods, and paperwork retention systems (for auditing purposes). You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Scheduling receiving dock appointments
• Signing in all drivers
• Assigning trailers to dock doors in shipping and receiving
• Processing receipts and Bill of Landings to verify accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Processing shipments to and from Third Party Logistics
• Maintaining container logs and delivery schedules
• Filing shipping and receiving documents to distribute accordingly
• Assigning tasks to receivers and shippers
• Performing other duties as assigned

Important Details: This is a full-time Monday through Friday shift.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and computers
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
• A knack for quick thinking and being responsive to surroundings, requirements, and domains
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Positive nature
