Buscamos a una persona resolutiva para la gestión de incidencias técnicas en nuestros clientes bien in situ o a través de herramientas de control remoto tanto a nivel de hardware como software con buena presencia y don de gentes.
Posibilidad de responsabilizarse de una cartera de clientes.
Conocimientos.
- Administración de sistemas Windows servidor y cliente. Microsoft Windows Server
- Mantenimiento informático preventivo y correctivo.
- Aplicaciones en la nube de Microsoft (Microsoft 365 Teams Onedrive).
- Sistemas de backups
- Helpdesk
- Administración de redes lan y wifi (Ubiquiti).
- Implantación de entornos de teletrabajo.
- Conexiones remotas seguras (VPN)
