Técnico/a de Soporte TIC en Madrid.Necesitamos incorporar a nuestra plantilla un/a Técnico/a de soporte TIC cuyas principales funciones serán las siguientes
- Mantenimiento de equipos informáticos y de red.
- Asistencia al usuario y resolución de incidencias técnicas.
- Resolución de incidencias de Telefonía.
- Mantenimiento pagina web.
- Gestión de la plataforma del centro.
- Inventariado y custodia documentación técnica.
- Planificación anticipada de necesidades.
- Soporte a procesos de administración.
- Supervisión y mantenimiento de la dotación de las instalaciones (proyector sistema de audio conexiones PDI etc).
- Control de las políticas de seguridad establecidas.
Se valorará conocimientos de Joomla! Gsuite Google Apps Microsoft Office Windows Linux y CCNA
