Provider of Armed and Unarmed Security Guard Services to clients throughout the Maryland, DC and VA region.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, also known as TAS is responsible for recruiting and onboarding new talent. The TAS is responsible for adding new potential clients to our portfolio. The TAS will uphold excellent hiring practices and ensure current job openings are filled in a timely manner. The TAS will also assist with all employee onboarding to ensure all employees have the tools they need to succeed on Day 1.
Pay Structure:
· 42,500 - 52,500 Base Salary
· Yearly Bonus and Quarterly Metric Bonus
Performance Expectations: The TAS is expected to achieve the following expectations within MPS performance-based business environment:
- Plan must encompass all available recruitment sources, including outreach to community based organizations within the region, specifically targeting veterans, students, faith-based, senior organizations, ect
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants for every new position
- Plan, execute and lead 2 hiring events per month to manage high volume recruiting expectations
- Become proficient in all company database software
- Communicate often and clearly with Operations Managers to determine specific branch hiring needs and develop a proactive recruiting plan for each account
- Review and approve requisitions utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (Kwantek)Advertise on Job Boards or by other means to increase applicant flow
- Interview new applicants and arrange 2nd interview if necessary with Operations Team
- Successful Onboard all need applicants. This includes assisting with inputting new employee into our employee database

Pay: $42,500.00 - $52,500.00 per year
