This is a remote position and can be based anywhere within the U.S.
JOB SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Content and Training Development Manager supports source-to-pay processes across the Supply Chain and Accounts Payable team to help ensure compliance with processes. The position will analyze end-user resource needs, document processes, and develop multi-modal digital training guides to develop and author support resources for users across the organization. This work will support digital adoption goals, resulting in more efficient, lower cost operation. This team member will have responsibility for the development, creation and/or maintenance of all assigned Supply Chain and Accounts Payable training materials, reference guides, policies, forms, and general documentation for both general users and Supply Chain staff. They will also be responsible for updating and enhancing online content for business users such as, but not limited to, the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), How to Buy Guide, system tagging, HelpMe@cancer.org, Supply Chain For Me and Marketplace landing pages. The position will also coordinate with various Supply Chain leaders and the Director, Supply Chain Governance to prepare Supply Chain and Accounts Payable communications to the enterprise and end-users.
Digital Adoption Support & Content Management Creation.
- Work cross-functionally with Director, Supply Chain Governance and Digital Solutions team to review new system functionality from 3 annual Coupa releases and other systems as needed (Concur, Cvent, Zoom, etc.)
- Work with Director to implement required updates to Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) and system maintenance (HTBG, search tags, forms, etc.)
- Ensure all documentation and training materials are updated to reflect changes from each software release
- Maintain online user resources and Supply Chain sites including How to Buy Guide, HelpMe@cancer.org, Supply Chain For Me and Marketplace landing page
Resource, Training and Communications Development
- Create and Maintain Source-to-Pay resource guides and training materials, including the ACS Marketplace Resource Library, the Supplier Resource Center, Strategic- and Self-Source resources, PCard & Concur resources and Meetings and Travel resources
- Support Director in the development of department training for internal team members and suppliers. Consult with Learning and Development staff as needed
- Coordinate with other department managers to develop and maintain resources. Support training as needed
- Collaborate with the resource owner to ensure that published documents are accurate, relevant, and updated on a regularly scheduled basis
Departmental Documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining documentation related to transactional solutions and departmental strategic projects
- Support team members (Meetings/travel, Sourcing, Procurement, AP) to identify opportunities and develop resources to improve transactional efficiency for internal users and suppliers.
- Maintain Procure-To-Pay meeting agendas and project updates
- Liaison with Director, Supply Chain Governance and Digital Solutions PMs/BAs to ensure Supply Chain and Accounts Payable departmental Azure DevOps tasks are updated timely and accurately
Position Requirements
FORMAL KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Communications, English, Supply Chain Operations, Instructional Design, or related field.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
- 3+ years relevant experience in content development, including reference guides, training decks/videos, policies, process flow charts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Skilled in use of computer applications including PowerPoint, Word, MS Forms, Teams, Excel, Visio, and content authoring software (i.e., Adobe Captivate, Stream).
- Ability to influence and support change adoption across all areas of the organization
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter who works well in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR KNOWLEDGE
- Understanding of digital Procure-to-Pay processes and/or Digital Adoption Solutions (in-platform training, tutorial or help solutions) preferably knowledge of Coupa and Concur.
- Exceptional ability to author concise, accurate, effective, and polished presentations, training materials and communications for varied customers.
