Description

Primary responsibilities include

• Support sales team members and sales channels that drive business to student lending products.
• Compile RFI responses and maintain repository with accurate and up to date information.
• Responsible for administering our Citizens Scholarship program.
• Assist Relationship Managers with webinars and trainings.
• Maintain New Hire Onboarding training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong Knowledge of Financial Aid
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to present Financial Aid Administration Programs
• Ability to support a large team while executing on a number of initiatives.
• Private loan knowledge and experience desired.

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• High School Graduate

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40+
• Work Schedule: M-F
