Position Summary: Provides Speech Therapy and related services for home healthcare patients in accordance with the principles and practices of Speech Therapy Guidelines.

Qualifications Required:
Successful completion of an accredited Speech Therapy Program
Valid Speech Therapy License to practice in Iowa

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assures the execution of doctor’s orders
Provides Speech Therapy screening and evaluation to determine the patient's current physical status
Develops and implements treatment plans that focus on functional and measurable outcomes and adhere to professional standards of practice
