Ipswich Public Schools is seeking a talented individual with outstanding communication skills and a knowledge of special education regulations to serve as an elementary school special education team leader. Within the District, this team chair position is referred to as a Program Manager.Duties Include: -Facilitating high quality meetings with families-Providing oversight in generating high quality IEPs-Working collaboratively with the IEP Team, building administrators, and the PPS Director to provide appropriate services for all special education students.Candidate Must: -Hold a DESE special education administrator license (preferred)-Possess experience and licensure in special education or a related service area-Demonstrate familiarity with MA DESE special education regulations and practices-Submit application by April 25, 2023The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to do this job/ The above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties required.
