Parliament Marketing is a humble digital marketing powerhouse with strong, sales, and
revenue generation across several channels both for clients and for our own businesses
within the company. Headquartered in (South) Salt Lake City for the past 16 years, we love
our city and strive to drive impact in our community every day and love knocking it out of the
park. Our problems are all good ones – how to handle growth. Almost all of our work
comes from word of mouth, or business opportunities we pursue ourselves.
We are seeking an entrepreneurially-minded individual to develop lead and execute
content, customer listening, and our social media strategy and output. This person will be
our community manager and brand voice. You will be responsible for the paid and organic
content on our active social media channels including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,
Facebook, and more for our brands and clients. We are looking for someone who can not
only has the experience and perspective to maximize our social output, but also wants to
build and grow themselves in a comprehensive digital marketing environment that has
direct, trackable revenue and performance across our channels and we look at this every
single day. We’re not quite A+ digital marketers and business operations, but probably
aren’t much below A- or so, and that’s pretty good. Likewise, bonuses are paid based on
goals, targets, and budgets hit.

Job Responsibilities:
*Lead organic and paid social strategy and content development for Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and more.
*Support our email marketing campaign content.
*Ensure brand consistency in copy, tone, voice, and terminology.
*Look at our brands with fresh eyes and be willing to take the bull by the horns to help
elevate our brand perception and other factors.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content and brands across all
channels.
*Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
*Collaborate closely with designers to create unique branded content.
