We are looking for an experienced Service Writer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with Bobcat machines, has a solid understanding of mechanical components and is meticulous with regards to accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving vehicle repairs, communicating with customers on the status of their machine, scheduling work, assisting in the ordering of parts. and organizing work schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Complete paperwork for repairs and maintenance.
• Answer service related calls from customers
• Schedule service appointments
• Provide customers with estimates of repair costs or the cost of replacing parts.
• Effective work prioritizing/planning
• Receive instructions and request inspection by a qualified mechanic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,823.00 - $56,215.00 per year
