At Bismarck Tire and Auto Center, our focus is serving others. We looking for an individual who is a charismatic leader, takes pride in what they do, and understands that their success is based on leading a team to provide an exceptional experience for our customers each day.

As a Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations in our 6-bay busy shop. As part of your job, you’ll focus on; leading a team of technicians, sales, safety, service writing, and shop flow management. You’ll also be responsible for providing professional, timely and courteous service by listening carefully to customers. If you enjoy leading a team to win together under a common goal and making a difference in a customer’s experience, this could be the right position for you. Previous mechanical and service writing/management is required. Previous tire experience is a preferred, but not required.
