Responsibilities
- Greets customers promptly and professionally
- Obtains current customer and vehicle information
- Clearly enters all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer into the company dealer management system (DMS)
- Determines and recommends needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history
- Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts repairs
- Recommend needed repairs as found from vehicle inspection report and technicians findings
- Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
- Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
- Explains all completed work and charges to customers
- Complete manufacturer training by established deadlines
Qualifications
- One year experience in a service advisory role preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of automobiles a plus
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- CSI focused
- Dealertrack DMS experience a plus
