Our team builds the enabling technology behind this revolution. T-Ads is a small, fast-moving team of master generalists; that build, run, and operate the Rideshare Advertising Platform within T-Advertising Solutions. If you enjoy writing full stack code one day, working on a data pipeline the next and wrapping up your week writing infrastructure as code to deploy changes to the cloud we want to talk to you. We are looking for team members who can critically analyze a problem, collaborate with product management to find a solution, and own the delivery of that solution to the end customer.

Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager builds, develops, and supports a team of Full Stack / DevOps Engineers, focused on creating, deploying, managing, and supporting a full stack, end to end solution and the infrastructure required to deploy and operate it in production. This person will work very closely with IT partner teams across multiple initiatives. We are seeking someone looking to:

  • Foster the career growth of team by seeking challenging, impactful work for all members based on their skills and interests while providing technical guidance where needed.
  • Tracks technical debt and advocates for its retirement.
  • Provides real-time feedback and coaching to team to drive high performance and career growth. Sets clear expectations and addresses performance issues with support from manager.
  • Learning how to think about the talent of team strategically: how to create growth opportunities for team members while addressing gaps and risks through recruiting, training, and performance management.
  • Leads efforts to source and hire new talent into team.

Technical Skills:

  • API development using Python (Django/Flask)
  • SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
  • Data warehouse solutions
  • CI/CD, AWS Cloud Deployment & Networking
  • Frontend development using JavaScript (Angular)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or in a computer programming related field. (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 7-10 years Experience as a individual contributor on a agile full stack software team (Required)
  • Experience in a leadership role on an agile team (Required) 3+ years preferred
  • Experience building full stack cloud native software solutions (Required) 3+ years preferred

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
