Wells Fargo is looking to hire a Senior Contact Center Sales Specialist, in our National Contact Center located in Des Moines, IA, with a focus on analyzing data within our Consumer Direct department. They will focus on delivering an exceptional experience for our customers through analytical work, assist with compiling data within the department, coupled with assisting customers in helping them realize their financial hopes and dreams through home ownership.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in analyzing data within the department
  • Collaborate with Contact Center Sales peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve business objectives
  • Presenting data/risk findings to business partners and leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Contact Center Sales, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
  • Mortgage industry experience
