Azimuth Corporation is hiring for a qualified Security Specialist to support a Coast Guard customer in the Chesapeake, VA area. The ideal candidate would apply strong attention to detail in their daily support of the Security Center, designated as the Central Adjudication Facility for the U.S. Coast Guard. Some responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Deliver complete and accurate case file packages to the government that are ready for further adjudicative processing based on applicable handbooks and processing guides.
• Initiate employees’ Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (eQIP) or successor system; ensure submission of fingerprints.
• Enter all required data into the PERSEC Systems accurately with zero errors and be responsible for the receiving, screening, validation and processing of documents and case files. badging of visitors, mail receipt and delivery and other ancillary duties and projects expected in a professional office environment.
• Conduct quality review, scan, and file or destroy the paper version per DCMS34 procedures and Federal Records Management Schedule.
• Utilize designated databases and systems in support of DCMS-34 security functions.
• Review and process SECCEN Submissions email inbox for routing of documents and emails to applicable SECCEN team and/or digitization and upload to iSMS case or appropriate electronic document folder.
• Digitize paper mail and route to appropriate SECCEN team or electronic document folder.
