The ability to pass a rigorous background check and full panel drug test is paramount. Candidates must have a valid driver's license; and have a clean DMV record for at least the past 3 years as well as their own transportation.

We are looking for someone who has 3-5 years of experience leading a team of 20+ people in either security, military or law enforcement, has a passion for the security field and wants to help make a difference in the community. Candidates holding a current DPSST license would be desired but it's not required to be considered for this role. Training can be provided.

The Patrol Lead position will oversee approximately 11 vehicle patrol officers and about 20 onsite officers a night. Assisting with field training, questions and communication between night and day shift. Candidates should be able to use various devices (ie: iPhone, iPad, laptop, etc.) as well as be able to have basic knowledge of Microsoft products.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:Shifts will typically be about 10 hours, but could fluctuate depending on the need of the team.
