Willingness to greet, interact and protect guests with a positive attitude in order the make their day. Fulfill the company defined guest experience by being a friendly, available, guest focused, excited team member in a Convenience/Fast Food store environment. Must be willing to patrol inside and outside of the store premises on a regular cycle, be a deterrent for shoplifters, control crowds as needed, observe any suspicious activities on premises, and ask unruly or out of hand guests to leave the premises.

All guards will be unarmed at all times and are employees of the company. Any violation of our Firearms and Weapons policy #700-010 will result in immediate termination.
