QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires proof of secretarial or clerical experience involving public contact.
REQUIRED MATERIALS THAT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION:
All applicants need to complete the Workplace Technology Assessment and attach the results to your application.
The Workplace Technology Assessment includes 3 subtests:
1. Microsoft Word (currently testing 2019 version)
2. Microsoft Outlook (currently testing 2019 version)
3. Proofreading
The Workplace Technology Assessment is intended to provide the interview panel information about your clerical skills during the interview process. In order to be considered for an interview, you must have taken the Workplace Technology Assessment and attached the results to your application. The Workplace Technology Assessment will only be administered in the San Juan Unified Human Resources department.
