Position: Systems Scheduler

Location: 4970 SW Griffith Dr Beaverton, OR 97005; onsite

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 4:00pm

Pay: $20 - $25/hr DOE

Soft Skills Needed for this Role:

Our Systems Scheduler will work closely with our systems field staff, dispatching team, and our clients to provide exceptional service and logistics. You will be directly involved with the daily operations of our company. If you are a people person, love to help others, and have a passion for solving puzzles, this is a great position for you!

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• High school diploma/GED/or equivalent

Main Areas of Responsibility and Job Duties:

As the Systems Scheduler, your primary role will be to schedule field technicians in the electronic security side of our security company. You will be in charge of the field technician’s schedules and communication with our clients regarding installs and services.

• Performing daily audits
• Handle client concerns regarding installations and services
• Provide very basic programming and troubleshooting
• Answer incoming client calls and return client calls
• Pull crucial permits and ensure all paperwork is in order prior to installation and servicing as needed
• Schedule new installations and welcome clients to our team
• Reduce technician overtime by scheduling and routing efficiently
• Schedule monthly education for technicians and schedule vehicle maintenance
• Client job confirmations
