Sales Manager

- Manage & direct the team toward its primary goals & objectives with positive sales initiatives
- Research trends to assist in marketing campaigns & product development
- Build relationships and provide support for our existing dealer base
- Implement our new CRM and provide training
- Travel to expos & make sales visits
- Work full-time hours, Mon-Fri from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will implement positive sales initiatives while leading, collaborating, & motivating our sales team to success. If you have experience in a leadership role in inside sales, outside sales, or customer service within manufacturing or wholesale, consider joining our team.
Our Ideal Sales Manager:
- Experienced: Professional experience in sales & leadership within manufacturing or wholesale industries or B2B sales experience. A college degree is preferred but not required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft and CRM systems.
- Leader: A dynamic leader that manages a fast-paced, collaborative team. Someone who expects results but leads through encouragement, support, and patient training.
- Relational: Ability to build rapport with the team while also driving & motivating them to meet goals. Must love people and have hard conversations in a caring way.
- Hungry: Someone who is strategic, innovative, & creative with solid business acumen.
- Organized: Strong ability to quickly follow up & communicate; a good planner with project management skills. Able to work calmly under pressure.
- Clean Driving Record: Must have a reasonably clean driving record to use company vehicles.
