- Report to the Head of Sales Operations and coordinate with Gen Mobile teams on the implementation strategy for product and promotional launches to expedite speed to entry in achieving Gen Mobile OKRs & KPIs
- Create and maintain master agency and regional relationships and be responsible for contractual management of master agency across all levels of the agency as well as account management and support of local agency offices within geographical areas
- Support local master agency offices within assigned geography to increase presence within new and existing geographies to increase sales opportunities
- Act as primary contact for sales and inventory support and marketing materials for offices within your geography
- Train on program rules and guideline changes to ensure Master Agency and Local Office compliance to all rules and regulations, internally and externally
- Complete market visits, announced and unannounced, to monitor activities within each market and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiencies across all offices and geographies within the program
- Develop and implement new ways to go to market within assigned geography to reduce reliance on free devices and increase sales of upgraded devices to reduce churn and subsidy expenses
- Work with master agency and local offices to develop improvement plans to achieve goals and where needed remove and replace offices or agents to achieve goals
- Prefer candidate based out of California or Western time zone
- Bachelor’s degree and six or more years related work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Six years of account management experience (field sales preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of wireless products or services (lifeline preferred)
- Ability to travel across the country 2-3 weeks out of the month
- Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross functionally with many departments and levels within the organization
