Sales Administrator – Full time position in Hunt Valley, MD

Fast growing reseller of foam products to the construction and manufacturing industries needs an experienced and reliable Sales Administrator. We offer a comfortable working environment, paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years, IRA with employer contribution. 40% of our staff have been with the company for 10 years or more and another 30% for 7 years.

Experience requirements:

Microsoft Office and QuickBooks accounting software

Responsibilities include:

Processing orders with our network of manufacturers that are generated by our salespeople and construction estimators.

Follow up with manufactures to keep projects on schedule and advise salespeople and customers of any changes.

Schedule and monitor deliveries to make sure projects are delivered on time.

Other general office tasks include occasional filing, assisting with phones, etc.

Ideal candidate will be articulate and have office experience with similar tasks, a solid work record without a lot of job hopping, ability to get along with other people, and work as part of a team.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. $20.00 minimum base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
