On site is a Full service Starbucks offering discounts to our Team Members. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing food efficiently and consistently; assist in maintenance of kitchen. Is also responsible in overseeing the preparation of restaurant food to ensure timely delivery, food quality, consistency and presentation. Open availability needed for AM shifts Monday-Sunday.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree a plus
• 1 to 3 years line cook experience in a fast paced restaurant/kitchen environment; Hotel restaurant experience a plus
• Pantry, grill and saute experience a plus
• California Food Handler Card
• Adheres to food safety and sanitation standards
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team
• Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
