Cass Street Assisted Living (La Crosse, WI)::
Part Time:::

• 14-20 PM hours per two week pay period
• 29 AM/PM hours per two week pay period
• 39.5 NOC hours per two week pay period
• AM shift times are between 6:00am-2:30pm
• PM shift times are between 4:00pm-10:00pm
• Flexibility is available:

Casual Call:

• Minimum of 3 shifts per month, 2 being weekend shifts. The ability to add hours is always available.

All positions participate in the holiday and weekend rotation.:

About the Position:
Come join our team of dedicated staff! We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated and hardworking Resident Care Associates serving the residents of our 46 assisted living apartments at Cass Street Assisted Living.:

Being a Resident Care Associate is not just a job, it is a meaningful experience that goes beyond a paycheck. You will make a difference in the lives of our residents by assisting them with personal cares, activities of daily living and social activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible. This can include, but is not limited to, medication management, light housekeeping, and food services to include setting up dining space, meal delivery coordination, receiving and delivering orders, kitchen cleanup and food preparation.:

Requirements:

• If under 18 years of age, we can assist in getting you a waiver to work.
• Must have a genuine interest in caring for seniors:

Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay:

• Previous direct care experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience:

Our Wages:

• New Starting Wages! Between $16.00 and $18.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• We'll review your wages at 6 months - we pay more for high performance!
• We also offer a $3.00 per hour NOC shift differential and a Weekend Differential, as well as on-call and pick-up incentives:
